INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING CUSTOMIZED TEXT
By Email: After placing your order, please email us the customized text you would like to use to myinfo@everafterdesignstudio.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line so we can match up your text with your order.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS
By Regular Mail: After you have placed your order, you can mail us your images. You can mail us either your hard copy images or if your images are on a disk, you can mail us your disk. We will always mail back your hard copies or disks. We have the capability to scan images up to the size 8" x 10". Along with your images and disk, please give us your information including your ORDER NUMBER so we can match up your images to your order.
By Email: After placing your order, please email your images to myinfo@everafterdesignstudio.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. All images must be in JPEG format. Once we receive your images within 2 business days we will send you a proof of your order.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, we need a 1200 x 1800 pixel to get the best quality for your prints. A higher resolution is even better. If using a digital image, please try to set your camera to the highest resolution possible. If you are scanning your images, please scan them at at least 300 dpi and 600 dpi would be even better. Please save your files as either JPG, TIFF or PSD format before sending them to us. Also, please try to make sure that your email program does not try to automatically resize your photos.
If you still have concerns as to whether your images will work, we'd be happy to take a look at your photos. After ordering, email your images to myinfo@everafterdesignstudio.com.
Please allow us to do any cropping, color corrections, and spot editing needed to make your photos perfect. If you have something in mind, please don't hesitate to ask.
If sending professional photographs, you must have the permission of the photographer to reproduce the image. By sending your photographs, you acknowledge that you own the rights to the photographs and give Ever After permission to reproduce the images.
