Mail it for You
Mail it for You is a new feature offered at Ever After Design Studio. We are now giving you the option to order all of your prints and have us mail them out to your family and friends. We will print, address, stamp, seal and send all of your invitations, cards, etc.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Search through our site and choose your favorite design, or contact us to request a custom design.
2. Pick from the drop down menus to choose your customizations.
3. Use the drop down menu titled "Mail it for You" and pick how many you would like us to ship for you.
4. Add this item to your cart.
5. Send an email to
myinfo@everafterdesignstudio.com containing your design choice/text/wording/personalization including color choices for your card as well as your picture or pictures. (depending on layout) Include your order number in the subject line. Please see Submitting Photos & Text for more information about personalizing your chosen design.
6. Include in this email an attachment using Microsoft excel with a list of all the recipients we will be shipping to. Please format the excel sheet with 8 columns, one for each of the following categories, first name, last name, address, address 2, city, state, zip code.
7. Within 2 business days of receiving your photos and/or personalization, you will receive a proof via e-mail. We can make revisions until you are absolutely satisfied.
8. Once you approve the proof, we will send send your file to print and then ship all of your invitations/announcements etc out to all of your recipients within 5 - 7 business days.
If you purchase more invitations/announcements then you need to send out, we will mail you the leftover invitations directly to your home.
If you want to only ship half of your invitations/announcements, we can do that as well and send you the rest. Just let us know.
The price for this service is $.20 for printing the shipping and return address on each envelopes and $.44 for each stamp.
